because it was 1 of 3 opinions that were realistic and not too “over-promising” . I was not rushed to come to a decision and any questions that I had, were answered. That is very important as a patient dealing with any medical professional ! As for the staff and doctors, especially Dr. Elkowitz, he was very friendly and even aimed to calm my nerves with some funny jokes before the surgery.
